Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Wholesale rates are available for event professionals - decorators, event planners, studios, and hospitality businesses. There is no minimum order to get started. Reach out via our Wholesale page or contact us directly to discuss.

What are your delivery timelines?

Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days to major Indian cities. For remote locations, timelines may vary. We can coordinate event-date deliveries for time-sensitive orders - just share your event date in the enquiry and we will plan accordingly.

Can I visit the showroom?

Our Kolkata showroom is open by appointment. Get in touch via phone or WhatsApp to schedule a visit. We would love to walk you through the collection in person.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. Payment details are shared at order confirmation.

Do you ship outside India?

Not currently. We ship across India. If you have an international requirement, get in touch and we will see what we can arrange.

What is your return policy?

Is every piece in the catalogue in stock?

Yes. We only list pieces we physically hold in our Kolkata warehouse. If an item shows in the catalogue, it is available. Stock levels are confirmed at enquiry stage.
