We ship pan-India via trusted courier and freight partners. All orders are dispatched from our Kolkata warehouse.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines below are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual timelines may vary due to public holidays, peak seasons, or logistics delays beyond our control.

Event-Date Deliveries
We can coordinate deliveries around a specific event date. When submitting your enquiry, include your event date and required delivery date. We will confirm feasibility and plan dispatch accordingly.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing your enquiry at least 10 business days before the required delivery date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. These will be clearly stated in your order quotation before you confirm.
For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping may be negotiated as part of the overall order terms.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
Packaging
All items are packed to protect against transit damage. Fragile pieces are individually wrapped. We use robust outer packaging appropriate to the size and weight of each order.
If you believe your order has been damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
