By accessing or using the Prop House India website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Submitting an enquiry is not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when we have issued a written order confirmation and you have completed the required payment.

Prices quoted in catalogue listings are MRP (maximum retail price) and indicative. Final pricing, inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be confirmed in your order quotation.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

We accept payment by bank transfer, UPI, and cheque. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before dispatch unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Title in goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Prop House India is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the buyer.

Risk in goods passes to the buyer on dispatch from our warehouse.

Confirmed orders may not be cancelled once dispatch has been initiated.

Returns are not accepted on correctly supplied goods. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on damaged or incorrect goods.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that catalogue descriptions and images accurately represent products. Minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and artisanal items.

All catalogue images are indicative. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from photographs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prop House India's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or non-delivery of our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
