Prop House

Where We Source

Global Sourcing

The Supply Chain

Our pieces come from workshops in Rajasthan, ceramic studios in Jaipur, brass foundries in Moradabad, and artisan manufacturers across Southeast Asia and Europe.

We do not list products we do not hold in stock. Every piece in the Prop House catalogue sits in our Kolkata warehouse, inspected and ready to dispatch.

Our sourcing model is built around reliability - not the cheapest price or the broadest catalogue, but the ability to consistently deliver the same piece, at the same quality, every time a decorator orders it.

Our Process

From Workshop to Warehouse.

Identify

01

We travel to supplier clusters, artisan workshops, and trade exhibitions to find pieces that pass our design criteria. We do not source from catalogues alone - every relationship begins with a visit.

Evaluate

02

Every piece is assessed for quality of finish, structural integrity, and photographability before we place a stock order. We reject more pieces than we accept.

Stock

03

We maintain meaningful inventory depth on our bestsellers. We will not list a piece if we cannot reliably restock it - a listed product is a promise to every professional who depends on us.

Dispatch

04

Every order is packed to our standards in our Kolkata warehouse. Fragile pieces are individually wrapped. Dispatch notes match exactly what you ordered.
