Our Returns Policy
We take great care to inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive goods that are damaged in transit or are materially different from what was ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly.
We do not accept returns on correctly supplied goods. All sales are final once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@prophouseindia.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Your notification must include: your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging.
Once we have reviewed the evidence, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a credit note. Refunds to original payment method are offered at our discretion.
Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is materially different from what was confirmed in your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange collection and dispatch of the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch is initiated. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp. We will confirm whether dispatch has occurred.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return: items returned without prior authorisation; items that have been used, assembled, or modified; items returned more than 48 hours after delivery without prior notification.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
